On May 29 1953 sir edmund hillary climbed mount everest when he was 33. He was desperate to get to the top and was full of determination. He was the first person ever to get to the top of mount everest and did not give up. Then successfully made it all the way to the top and was proud. My opinion is that he is a great role model.

Firstly he’s a good role model because he made people believe they can do the impossible. like how he climbed mount everest and became the first one. Also because he had enough determination to make it the top he got on the $5 note.

Secondly I think he is a great role model because he makes others believe in themselves. Also makes others want to try their best to achieve the best they can do. Also he helps others to remember to make good decisions.

Lastly he was the first person to climb Mount everest. Also he got a school named after him and has achieved a lot of achievements in his life. Also he made a lot of good choices in his life and made good friends.

In conclusion I think he is an amazing role model because he’s full of determination,patience and justice. Also he is a great man who helps others and makes them believe they can do the impossible.
